The ADSS Suspension Clamp supports and secures All-Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) aerial fiber optic cables on poles or towers at intermediate routes in telecommunication and power networks. It enables tool-free installation, accommodates cable diameters from 5 mm to 20 mm, and handles breaking loads ranging from 3.8 KN to 50 KN depending on the model.<\/p>\n

The clamp features a galvanized steel or aluminum alloy shell providing mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Inserts use TPR rubber, neoprene, or EDPM bushings to prevent cable slippage while protecting against environmental stress. Some models incorporate UV-resistant nylon or thermoplastic components for enhanced outdoor durability.<\/p>\n

Quality control includes maximum tensile strength testing, UV resistance testing, corrosion resistance testing, and temperature cycling tests to verify performance across environmental conditions. The clamp mounts flexibly using J-hooks, eye-bolts, stainless steel bands, or brackets for wood, metal, or concrete structures without specialized tools.<\/p>\n

Applications include aerial Fiber to the X (FTTx) and Fiber to the Home (FTTH) network deployments, with span capabilities from under 100 meters to exceeding 300 meters.
