Pole Bands are hardware accessories for guying and deadending applications on steel, wood, or concrete poles without requiring pre-drilled bolt holes. They provide attachment points for securing secondary racks, insulators, and cables in utility and transmission systems, ensuring stable support for overhead lines and pole-mounted equipment.<\/p>\n

The bands feature ductile iron links that are hot dip galvanized, along with steel bolts and hinge pins receiving the same galvanized treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance. Cotter keys are manufactured from stainless steel to prevent rust and ensure long-term reliability in various environmental conditions.<\/p>\n

Pole Bands accommodate pole diameters from a minimum of 8 inches to virtually unlimited maximum diameters, providing application flexibility across different pole sizes and types on both cylindrical and square poles. They are available in two tensile strength ratings: 15,000 pounds and 30,000 pounds for heavy-duty transmission construction applications. Each assembly includes one CLP (Adjustable Clip Link) permitting 4-inch take-up adjustment for fine-tuning the fit. Additional CLP clips, full links, and half links can be ordered separately to extend diameter range. Eye links, such as the PEL (Pole Eye Link) series, serve as termination points for deadending and guying, with configurations supporting up to four links for 90-degree corner poles.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
